Elizabeth Cooper McFadden brings expertise, creativity, and award-winning strategic vision to scaling and established businesses helping them thrive and succeed.

With over 25 years of experience, she has honed her craft by helping organizations—from startups to mid-sized companies—build strong, impactful brands. Elizabeth has developed successful brand strategies, crafted engaging copy, and executed comprehensive marketing and media plans that elevate businesses in competitive marketplaces.

Elizabeth has worked with a diverse range of clients, including the City of Cedar Rapids, Brookside, The Big Biscuit, Waldo, and R/Farm. Her extensive experience spans various industries, including commercial development, non-profits, food & beverage, and lifestyle brands, positioning her as a versatile strategist for both B2B and B2C clients.

As the CEO and Director of Brand Strategy at Novella, Elizabeth leads the firm’s branding strategy while overseeing daily operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Journalism from Missouri State University, along with a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Babson College.

Elizabeth’s thought leadership has been recognized by major publications, including The New York Times, The Boston Globe, Chicago Tribune, Kansas City Business Journal, and Startland News. A published author, she co-wrote two business books with April Beach, released in 2008 and 2010. In 2022, Elizabeth was honored as one of the Enterprising Women of the Year, and in 2023, she was named one of 100 Women to Know in America.
