About the Client
Kenneth Estates is a new residential community located on the rolling terrain of the historic Kenneth Smith Golf Club manufacturing facility on the south side of 71st Street (between Quivira Drive and Pflumm Road) in Shawnee, Kansas. It will soon be home to 92 single family residential cottages and manors where residents can enjoy the green hills, ponds, extensive foliage and wooded areas of the former golf course.
The Success Story
We worked with The Alpert Companies to build out a website that would show the prestigious legacy of the Kenneth Smith estate and his successful golf clubs company.
We created a logo, color palette and website for Kenneth Estates full of rich greens, elegant reds, and messaging that speaks to historic countryside living located conveniently in the middle of the city of Shawnee. The land and its history are being impeccably restored and preserved by The Alpert Company as they create a community of luxury homes.
