About the Client

The Fairways at City Center was a new development but also a new-to-market concept – luxury villas for lease. The client came to Novella in need of full brand architecture, name, visual identity, website, signage, marketing materials, strategy, and a social media plan to bring this exciting first-to-market concept to life.

In 2016, Novella Brandhouse started working with The Fairways at City Center – when all the client had was a rough idea for a name and concept. Together, we created a brand that was as fresh and new as the idea behind the luxury villa residences.
